+In theory, AT&T's "no annual contract" means that the price could go up at any time. AT&T seems to want to sell this
+as "no price increase at 12 months", but that seems like a weird selling point if the price could go up at any time
+before or after that (with no indication as to how much an increase would be). After some digging on the internet,
